Term & Conditions

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel or change an appointment you must give 24 hours notice.  If you cancel anytime after the 24 hours, late cancellation fees will apply 

PATCH TEST: Patch test is required for All new clients. To discuss please message me

MAKEUP: No eye makeup to be worn at your appointment, including a patch test . Additional charge may be applied if an eye makeup is not removed for the appointment

FRIENDS& FAMILY: Children, family members, friends or pets are not permitted in a lash room during the appointment 

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please don’t drink coffee or any stimulating drinks 3 hours prior to the appointment. 

REFUNDS& COMPLAINS : I endeavour to treat all my clients appropriately and fairly. If however you are unhappy with a treatment or service you are entitled to lodge a complaint. Please contact me within  48hrs from your last appointment to discuss your concerns and to arrange complementary appointment. Any concerns addressed after 48hrs will be charged as a full price for the appointment 

EYELASH EXTENSION INFILL:  Eyelashes require regular infill every 2-3 weeks. Any infill appointment booked after specified time or with less than 40% of applied extensions will be cancelled or additional charges will be applied 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I DO NOT INFILL OTHER STYLISTS WORK. A removal and fresh set will be required in this instance

COVID-19

•Please come to your appointment alone

•If you arrive earlier you please wait in the car

•You will be required to wash your hands on arrival 

•Please wear warm clothes or bring your own blanket 

•Please bring a face mask & minimal belongings and keep your phone in the bag

•Please bring correct amount of money as no change will be given 

•Please be advised that talking during the treatment will be minimized
