APPOINTMENTS: To book any New Treatment requires a deposit of 50% of full price of the treatment. Deposit must be paid on the same day as requesting a booking otherwise appointment will be given to another client. Unfortunately I do not hold appointments.

PATCH TEST: Patch test is required for All new clients. Please contact me to book or to discuss

CANCELLATION: Cancellations & rescheduling if at least 24 hours notice is given prior to your appointment are free of charge.

I understand that occasionally circumstances come up that require you to cancel a previously scheduled appointment. I will do my best to accommodate your request, however I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24hrs notice to reschedule your appointment and fill that appointment with another client. Cancellations made less than 24hrs before the agreed date of the appointment will not be entitled to any refund or late cancellation fee will be applied

NO SHOWS: I have zero tolerance to no shows. Client not attending their appointment without any notice, will not be entitled to any refund

ARRIVING LATE: Unfortunately appointments can not be extended by the amount of time you are late due to appointments arriving after you. Your appointment has an allocated time frame and will end at the designated time. The agreed price of the appointment will remain the same

APPOINTMENT TYPE: Please be aware that appointment type can’t be changed on the day of your appointment, for example if you are booked for Classic lashes, you won’t be able to change it to Volume lashes or other treatment. Your appointment has an allocated time frame meaning each treatment requires specific time . Please make sure that you book the correct treatment

MAKEUP: Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes, this applies to a patch test too.
Additional charge will be applied if make up is not removed for the appointment

FRIENDS& FAMILY: Children, family members, friends or pets are not permitted in beauty room during the appointment 

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please don’t drink coffee or any stimulating drinks 3 hours prior to the appointment. 

REFUNDS& COMPLAINS : I endeavour to treat all my clients appropriately and fairly. If however you are unhappy with a treatment or service you are entitled to lodge a complaint. Please contact me within  48hrs from your last appointment to discuss your concerns and to arrange complementary appointment. Any concerns addressed after 48hrs will be charged as a full price for the appointment 

EYELASH EXTENSION INFILL APPOINTMENT :  Eyelashes require regular infills every 2-3 weeks. Any infill appointment booked after specified time or with less than 50% of applied extensions will result in additional charges being applied.
Please let me know in advance if you feel that you lost more than 50% of extensions. This will allow me to allocate more time for you if possible. Your appointment has an allocated time frame and will end at the designated time if no notice is given.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I DO NOT INFILL OTHER STYLISTS WORK. A removal and fresh set will be required in this instance

Deposit: £100 deposit is required to secure the space. Deposit needs to be paid on the day of placing the booking. The remaining balance is required to be paid no later than 14 days before the training. 

If the training is scheduled to take place less than 2 weeks from the date of placing the booking you are required to pay the cost of the course in full


I understand that occasionally circumstances come up that require you to cancel previously scheduled course. I  will do my best to accommodate your request, however I ask that you provide me with at least 2 weeks’ notice for a full refund and 1 week notice to reschedule your training. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the agreed date of the training will not be entitled to any refund. 

Rescheduling date for the training is possible in exceptional circumstances with the mutual agreement of the trainer and student but I shall not be obliged to do so, if the notice is shorter than one week. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the trainer is unavailable to attend on the agreed date/dates, and a suitable replacement cannot be found, an alternative date may be offered, or a full refund will be given. The company reserves the right to make changes to the advertised program information (including, but not limited to, course content, tutors, venues and times) for any reason at any time but will endeavour to provide as much advanced notice as possible.

Models: Please note you will are required to bring a live model to practice on for practical part (afternoon). If you are unable to bring a model please let me know at least 2 weeks prior to the training
